Not really a blogger but I do enjoy reading about how real runners train.
am - 2x2miles with wu & cd. 1st 2 miles @ 6.58 pace, 2nd 2miles @6.55 pace. did the 2 miles on the top loop of silverstone. did 2 10" up hill sprints at the end.
pm - lunch time swim - 400 wu, 3x300 30" rest, 8x50 on 1', 300 cd = 40 laps
