pm - bike - desert hills loop at lunch with Erik.  53:26,  20.5/mph. butt is still not 100% but is feeling much better.

10am - bike - Sand Hollow Loop, 2:33:50, 19.6/avg mph. no T run after butt is still giving me trouble, feels ok on the bike but running is not happening yet. weather was awsome!
